General
1) 40% to be paid on confirmation of order.
2) 60% to be paid within ONE week after installation.
3) No refund policy unless Advanze (Pte.) Ltd. stated otherwise.
4) Advanze (Pte.) Ltd. reserves the right for any Terms & Conditions changes without notifications.
Warranty
1) ONE year warranty for all products unless stated otherwise.
2) Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and as proof of the date on which the purchase was made. The receipt must be presented with the warranty when making a claim under this warranty. If in the event the receipt of purchase is not presented, then this warranty is invalid.
3) This warranty does not cover unintentional damage by users to nets used in insect screens / window panels.
4) This warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized medication, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by Advanze (Pte.) Ltd.
5) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the Product or parts.
6) This warranty does not apply whilst reside outside Singapore.
